Introduction

Sempervivum montanum
Sempervivum montanum, is a plant of the family of crassulacea that forms small basal rosettes like artichokes, with fleshy leaves finished in tip, with a kind of wine tone tips.
Live on rocky soils and soles. The fleshy leaves are adaptations to the dry and sunny environment where it lives since it is used to store water on the leaves
Live on the rocky slopes and rocks of the subalpine and alpine lands on silicic substrates.
