Introduction
The rocks of Cap de Creus inspired the artist in such a way that he considered his land as a mythological place of pure geology, made by gods rather than men. It was thanks to Tudela, a place where pegmatite and schist take on the whimsical forms of animals, that Dalí created a surrealist technique, the Paranoiac Critical method, which resulted in the production of paintings and other artistic works.
