Introduction
The Puig de Font Pasquala is a hill of 90 metres in the municipality of Gualta, in the Baix Empordà region. From it, you can enjoy spectacular views of the great Empordà plain. To the east is the Montgrí Massif with the castle crowning the mountain that gives it its name. This was built by King Jaume II between 1294 and 1301. It is Gothic in style and it is at a height of 303 metres. From this elevated spot, you can see many other species of bird. There is a very good chance you will see other types of bird of prey looking for food.
