Introduction
It is an artificial pond created in the Parc de Sa Riera, where there was an old rubbish dump. The water that feeds it comes from the sewage treatment plant, it is not drinkable water but it is treated and regenerated.
It becomes a point of passage and rest for some migratory birds, especially in summer, when you can see it the most, although in winter we can also find watercocks, green ducks, American crabs and some amphibians
The riverside vegetation was also planted.
