Introduction
Depending on the level of the aquifer, this fountain can dry up. But from this height, towards the lowest levels of the mountain, there is a pool of fountains of which some are never harvested, or during periods of drought.
Also, on this side of the mountain, there is a mine that is used to supply water to urbanizations of Tossa de Mar.
To the right-hand side of the path, towards the stream there is a small laurel forest (foto), an unusual plant community from which in Cadiretes we find more than one example.
