Introduction
The current neogothic building of Can Modolell was built by Magdalena Modolell i Freixa and Jaume Nogués i Taulet in 1892, following the project of architect Josep Azemar.
The main building has a rectangular plan and three floors, with a central courtyard and a modern-period tower integrated into the south façade. Two towers also flank the west façade. Since the early 20th century, it has been the seat of the Viladecans municipal government.
