Introduction
| We are in the neighborhood of Favars, probably very different due to the urban transformation, result of the new times: depopulation of the active population or the increase of second residences, among others. |
| We enjoy the first views on the northern mountain ranges of Alta Garrotxa and the contrast of its high forest mass, compared to what you will see now rising. A beautiful deciduous forest of oaks and beech trees covers these obacs. The highest point is the hill of Sant Antoni (1322m) on top of Camprodon. Once we are located we can see the valley where we arrived at Molló; the same valley that goes to Coll d'Ares and Montfalgars (1610m). Southeast direction, the view goes to the sector of Oix, Sadernes and Mont, where Alta Garrotxa goes down to the Empordà plain. |
