Introduction
The Church of Santa Anna, patron saint of l’Estartit, is built on a chapel from the eighteenth century. It was renovated at the start of the twentieth century by the family of Pere Coll in his memory.
The Carrer de Santa Anna is still one of the most important roads in l’Estartit. It also used to be known as the Carrer de Davant (front street). Its commercial and social importance has made it the main road in l’Estartit.
Small businesses on the streetfront bring life to the town, as do the passage of processions among other events.
