Introduction
We are now at the highest point of the hill facing the sea, a small island of nature surrounded by urban development: Puig Pinell. To the north, we can admire the entire coast of Platja d’Aro and the bay of Palamós, with the village reaching up to the top of the windmill.
As we look down, we can see Sant Pol and Sant Feliu de Guixols, hidden behind the hill Puig Gustinoi. The mountain range there is the Cadiretes massif, with Puig Gros, Puig Jofre and Turó de l'Home, the highest points in order from the sea towards the mainland.
