At the Mas Borni cheese shop we make cheeses with raw milk from our cows. A multi-generation tradition of cow's milk production now completed by dairy farming.
The Mas Borni herd is made up of 60 cows and the milk is produced and processed on the farm. In this way we obtain a milk of optimum characteristics to give the best quality milk.
Also, we choose the bulls and cows for the purpose of raising veals that give milk with the ideal and healthy properties. In our cheese factory we make cheeses in a traditional way and respecting traditional know-how.
Likewise, we apply our own Cheese Good Practice Plan, which allows us to enjoy EU Health Policy.
