Introduction
A well-known old Fountain in the town. It is a slope fountain, with the characteristic of being rich in iron, hence its name “AiguaRoja”, we can compare it if we observe the yellowish color that takes the bottom of the trough.
It was a stopping point, a place to enjoy the animals that played in these environments or the ones who were on their way to Rupit. Now it is a stop for walkers, cyclists and runners. It is trough shaped, always full, where the excess water goes out by the overflow and falls through the wall to continue its downhill course.
We are in a cool environment and separated from the road, we can stop and in spring listen to the orioles sing. The fountain was restored in 1995 and in 2005 a mine made the arrangement of the conduction.
