Introduction
For its strategic location, this country house and its lands dominated both sides of the coastal crest line. The central bearing wall, still retains a door lintel moulded with pieces of granite that could be aged between XVI-XVII centuries. The attached bodies, surely cellars and stables, retain some parts of the original lower floor ceiling made with Catalan ceramics.
We also emphasize the area in front and the little laundry, that we left aside before reaching “ca l’Espinal”.
A few meters before reaching the house and to the right, now dead, we can still admire the majestic pine tree of “ca l'Espinal”, with a diameter of 3.14 m, one of the largest in the area.
