Introduction
Puig de la Força or Roca de Sau (741 m) is a natural viewpoint located between the municipalities of Tavertet and Vilanova de Sau, with a wide panorama and spectacular views. If you want, you can follow another 35m to the point in front.
We see, first of all, the Sau swamp to the west, with cliffs on both sides and the national park in the background. If we turn to the north we will see the Nogué or Tirabous jump, the Morro de l'Abella and to its right, the Balà gully that rises below the Balmes cliff below the Molí Bernat jump.
