Introduction
This area lies within les Parellades, the fertile lands closest to the town, acting as a transition zone towards the waterlogged lands of the present-day Parc Agrari. These were the first lands to be cultivated, as early as the 10th century.
Urban development at the edge of the town gave rise to industrial land, new housing and green spaces, improving quality of life for residents and the wider population.
It is the largest park in the municipality, featuring a wide range of facilities (stages, auditoriums, play areas, etc.), over 600 trees and a garden of aromatic plants.
