Introduction
Down to the right. The Fàbrica del Llevat was located between Carrer del Llevat, Cinto Verdaguer, and the Riera de Sant Climent. It produced yeast for the bread-making process. Built in 1922 on previously urbanized land called les Clotes.
Together with Fàbrega Jorba (Gorgas Factory) and Les Panes Factory, it is an example of the industrial past of the 1950s–60s.
