Introduction
Don't forget to look around you! Everything is fields. One of the traditional activities in our area is agriculture. The fertile clay soil of Els Hostalets enables us to grow vines intensively, mainly the syrah, grenache, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, xarel·lo and parellada varieties [the latter are greatly appreciated when making cava], together with olive trees, which are used to mark off the boundaries of fields and vineyards.
