Introduction
The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya has a physical facility in Viladecans that includes, among other elements, a mechanisation warehouse and several greenhouses. This space is intended to host university and business projects with a technological base, as well as research centres and institutes.
As a research centre of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Viladecans, Agròpolis specialises in research and innovation in the fields of agri-food engineering, biotechnological engineering and environmental engineering.
