Introduction
The cycle route we propose will lead you to visit some of the most charismatic and well-known points of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, such as the villages of Roses, La Selva de Mar, Port de la Selva and Cadaqués.
You’ll follow paths with panoramic views of the natural park and much more besides. The different shades of browns, greens and blues are a constant throughout the route, doing much to compensate for the effort of a long route with some hills.
It should be noted that using a gravel bike will allow you to follow the route, but you’ll have to make use of its wilder side since you will find some sections of a more technical nature due to the lack of maintenance on some roads, the stony geology of the area and the steepness of some slopes.

Be careful on the descents if you choose the gravel bike option, because at certain points the speed can be dangerous and will prevent you from following the right line to avoid loose and sharp stones.
